National Park Combined Excursion

Departure from the local tourist dock, we will take Maipu Avenue, on to National Route Nº 3 up towards Monte Susana, where we will observe the remains of an old prison. Further on we will find the old Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino (Railway) and continue toward Valle del Rio Pippo (River Pippo`s Valley) Park entrance and Bahía Ensenada (Creek`s Bay).

Returning on National Route Nº 3, we will be able to see native plants of the region and rabbits that inhabit the zone. We will take a hike around Lago Roca (Rock Lake) and through Laguna Verde (Green Lagoon) and Laguna Negra (Black Lagoon), along the side of Dique de los Castores (Beavers Dam), which will lead us to Bahia Lapataia (Lapataia Bay), Puerto Arias. From there we will sail towards Isla Redonda (Round Island), Isla Estorbo, Bahia Ensenada (Creek`s Bay) and Bahia Golondrina (Swallow Bay). Continuing through the Beagle Channel on to Isla de los Lobos. (Sea Lion Island), Isla de los Pajaros (Bird Island), Faro Les Eclaireurs (The Iluminators lighthouse) and Estancia Tunel (Tunnel Stay), finishing our tour at Usuahia`s Port.
